As you guys know if you follow me on Insta, I have a Yummy Mitt collection at my house! Thinking back when i found this product and It was such a sweet time, I pre-ordered one for my niece and another for my son and we have loved it since day ONE.
Noah is just about 16 months and it's been over a year when he started the teething process. And for today's post I am sharing teething tips plus accessories. I know that sometimes this huge milestone can get frustrating, trust me, which is why I am going to share tips on how you can help your little one ease into this new stage of their little lives.
First things first, now that Noah is almost ready to say Bye (for a while) to the teething process, I am already equipped with Yummy Mitt from Darlyng and co. I love that they are like little boxing mittens and they don't harm your baby. Your child will feel like a big boy or girl, Noah loves trying to put them up himself. Which is a great toy for learning. You will know when your child is ready to stop using it on their hands, and use it as just another toy. Did i mention they glow in the dark? YES! they GLOW IN THE DARK.
In my case, I didn't use any other teething toy/accessory and I'll tell you why. In my opinion it is just double the work. You are constantly picking up a toy (because your baby most of times is too small & their motto skills aren't developed enough to keep it on their hands), washing and giving back to baby is getting yourself even more tired... So I went with the Yummy Mitt and for me it was easy breezy and just attached Noah's hand in there. Of course, since they are small you will need to adjust to the wrist to help them at first but you will see how smart your child is and how fast they catch the grip of things at this age.
I totally recommend this... it's really less stressful, for you and your little one.
Teething is a huge step in a child's life, make sure you keep your LO as comfortable as possible on this process.
